- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
- All orders are shipped in sealed packaging and cannot be opened or inspected upon delivery.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Cairo: 3-4 working days
- Alexandria: 4-5 working days
- Other Governorates: 7-9 working days
Please note that delivery timelines exclude Fridays & official holidays. Delivery times may also be slightly delayed during sales periods, holidays, or times of high demand.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern may occur. These variations are a natural part of the process and highlight the authenticity of each piece, making every item truly one-of-a-kind and different from mass-produced products. For this reason, such variations are not considered defects.
A refund may be requested only if the product arrives damaged.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos showing the damage.
After reviewing the case and confirming the damage, we will process the refund accordingly.
If a refund request is approved due to a damaged item:
- Shipping fees will be refunded only if the order contains a single item and that item is confirmed to be damaged.
- If the order includes multiple items, shipping fees are non-refundable, even if one item is damaged.
- The refund will apply only to the damaged product(s) after verification.
